1 beetroot
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Honey
Arugula/baby Spinach
Preparations:
Start with roasting your beetroots with a little olive oil .Take a bowl, combine the beetroots, honey/maple,Balsamic vinegar, Lemon juice ,salt and pepper. Mix it until all the ingredients are completely mixed. Just before serving gently toss the Arugula/baby Spinach . Also Garnish it with pomegranate.
